Your orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery times vary between 3 to 5 days in metropolitan France, and 5 to 15 days for other countries.

We ship worldwide.

Shipments and returns are free in mainland France.

Shipping costs Europe: 10€

Shipping costs rest of the world: 20€

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can see the status of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receipt.

Terms :

- The product must not have been worn.
- The tag must still be on the item.

For any return request, you can send us an email at this address:
commercial@fillandises.com indicating:

- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return

We will then send you a pre-paid slip to be used to return the item(s) to us.

Returns in France are free.

If you hesitate between two sizes, do not hesitate to contact us on Instagram to ask us for advice or to come to the store to try on the model!
